Background Information

Grace was in the car getting ready to go to the store with her daughter Valerie and her granddaughter Debbie when they noticed that her facial expression changed from a smile to a blank stare. At that time the right sice of her body went limp and she became unresponsive to her name. Joe, Valaries boyfriend suggessted immediatley to call 911.

Grace was transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital. At about 10pm she was medivaced to Georgetown University Hosptial.



Currenty, Grace is doing much better. Grace recongized all her children and visitors. Her speech is still a bit sleered but progressively getting better. The right side of her body remains stiff and a challenge to move but she has feeling in it.

Grace is in room C6 303 at Georgetown University Hospital. Visiting hours are from 10AM until 9PM. The best thing anyone can offer her is a prayer.

Grace is surrounded by a host of children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and concerned friends and family. She is a very strong and resilient woman with a strong faith in God. We are prayerful that she will pull thru this as she has overcome many obstcales in her life.
