Start of a New Week

I pray everyone had a wonderful weekend. Took a break this weekend from posting. Just need a few days to get things together at home. It worked; I was able to get a lot done. Now I'm refreshed, more or less and back in the posting business.

After doing some work around the house, I went to the hospital late Saturday afternoon. Talk about being tickled when I saw Grandmommy sitting up in a wheelchair. She is getting stronger everyday. There are still difficulties with movement in her arm and legs (right side), which is expected. However, she is progressing beautifully because she is able to move them when she want to, which is a GREAT! With her therapy, Grandmommy will overcome this hurtle in no time. Her memory is getting better. My mom brought a blanket to Grandmommy. A beautiful woven fabric with a scripture embroidered on it. Grandmommy read the entire thing with very little difficulties. What an amazing woman!

I realized that I forgot to tell you what room she was in C3-312 (I think, will have to confirm this evening). Again, only 2 people in at a time, unless a staff member says differently.

Since Grandommy's progress is getting better each day, and things are a bit more stable, I may cut back on some of the posting (unless you want me to keep posting every night I visit - leave a comment). No since in keep posting the same thing everynight (again, not unless that's what you want. I am at your command). Of course, I will keep posting information as I get word, in a much real-time as these crazy networks will allow. And if anything changes about her condition, prayerfully only good changes.

I do plan to go to the hospital after work this afternoon. So for tonight, unless Grandmommy is really showing off with her progress again...or I get an update on how her therapy went today, let's go with, "No News is Good News" and I will post a summary update in a few days.

Until then, be safe.
